Innovative Cocktails

The Savory Project’s cocktail menu features a diverse array of options, each showcasing unique flavor combinations. One of the standout offerings is the Thai Beef Salad which includes: mixed beef, coconut, peanut, chilli, kaffir lime and rum, a combination of umami and innovative flavours that leave you amazed from the first sip.

The Lab

After sampling some of their delicious cocktails, Ajid offered us the chance to visit their Lab located upstairs. Not just a simple laboratory, but a real room to share with friends for a family evening, perhaps drinking some new cocktail experiments.
The room is equipped with a counter and countless products on the shelves as well as state-of-the-art equipment so that all the staff can unleash their imagination by testing new cocktails to be included on the menu.
